Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I set up, change, or cancel an appointment?

Please call our office anytime during business hours at 614-876-1161.  Our friendly staff will gladly help you with scheduling.

Do you take my insurance?

Our staff can file or help with filing most insurance claims.  Some insurance plans require doctors to join their provider network.  Most insurance companies pay about the same benefit for services from doctors that are in their network as for those who are not.  Your out of pocket expenses are usually about the same.

Insurance can be very confusing.  Please call us during business hours with insurance questions at 614-876-1161.

Do you take Medicaid, Medicare, Molina, or CareSource?

No, we do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, Molina or CareSource.

What type of payment plans do you offer?

Payment is due at the time of service.  However, under special circumstances a variety of arrangements can be made.

What type of materials do your dental laboratories use?

We only use dental laboratories that are located in the United States, who receive materials made in the United States.

Where are you located?

Our office is about one mile west of Interstate 270 on Cemetery Road, at the corner of Berry Leaf Land and Cemetery Road.  If you would like to see a map of our location, please visit our Contact Us page.

How old should my child be for their first dental appointment?

We recommend scheduling your child's first dental appointment at age 3, as we like to get children acclimated to the dental office.  We enjoy seeing children at our office.  If a child's dental needs require special attention, we can refer you to some excellent specialists to attend to your child's needs.

How long will it take to schedule an appointment?

Midday appointments can normally be scheduled within a few weeks. Appointments at prime times may take longer to schedule.  We also work on a short call system, so if someone changes an appointment leaving a free appointment time, we fill that appointment from our short call list.  This will allow you to come in at an earlier date.
